Personnel Commission

The Personnel Commission oversees the relationship of the Pastoral Staff with the Church. It ensures that all staff are valued, supported and encouraged, and that they are individually and collectively productive members of Immanuel Baptist Church’s ministry.

The Commission reports to the Church Council for the performance of its mandate. It operates with a "Policy and Practices" document which details pastoral benefits, an evaluation and communications process and a life-style policy.
