Our Purpose
Immanuel’s youth ministry exists to introduce youth to Jesus, to give them opportunities to experience His presence, to connect them with others who love God, to challenge them to grow in their faith, and to equip them to impact their world for Christ.
Leadership Teams
The Youth Commission is comprised of 6 hands-on teams providing ministry to Junior and Senior high youth including programs, prayer support and personal connections. These teams are made up of adult and student leadership.
Youth Commission Advisory Team
Giving oversight to the youth ministry and reporting to council is the Youth Commission Advisory Team. This team is made up of primary leaders in the youth ministry. Their role is to work with Pastor Curt to cast vision for the youth ministry, evaluate and coordinate efforts of the 4 teams, give encouragement and direction to the seasonal ministries of the youth commission (March Break Mission, Camp on the Rock, Camp on the Block), give support to our Youth Unlimited worker and Youth Ministry Intern, and set budgets for all of the above.
