What are we?
Worship Ministries are made up of people who are committed to being worshippers of God, first in our lives, then in our church.
It is the desire of each individual, and of the team, to lead the church into deeper worship of our Saviour. We understand that we are always leading: in our homes, on the job, in the community, within the congregation, and on the platform.
As a team united in purpose, we all:
- acknowledge Jesus Christ as our Saviour and our Lord
- have the desire to grow in relationship with God
- are committed to excellence in musical expression, while avoiding the attitude of performance
- pray and care for each other, as part of the group
- are accountable to each other, and open to correction
- are committed to practices and rehearsals
- consider Immanuel Baptist as the church home
