Plan a Visit

Sometimes knowing what to expect can make a difference.

At Immanuel you will find a diverse community who enjoy being together. We believe Christ is who he says he is; we admit we are not perfect and we try to follow his teaching to become more like him.

How do I dress?
People feel comfortable dressed casually or dressed up.

What happens when I get there?
When you enter the church you will be met by greeters who can help with questions and direct you. Masks are still required to be worn in the church.

How long is the service?
The service starts at 10 am and is about 60 minutes long. Contemporary worship songs are projected on a screen and traditional songs are sung from a hymn book. Singing can be accompanied by guitars, a keyboard, drums or a pipe organ. We also have a choir. The sermon message is preached by the lead pastor, a member of the church or a guest.

What about the kids?
We have a nursery for babies and toddlers up to 3 years old and Sunday School classes for children ages 3-5 years and 6-11 years.

What is expected of me?
There is no pressure to actively participate in the service if you are not comfortable. People also voluntarily give a monetary offering in the service. If you are a visitor there is no obligation to contribute.

How can I connect?
After the service, we gather in our fellowship room for refreshments and casual conversation. We stay for about 30-45 minutes. Visitors are welcome. We also have a Connect with us card you can completed.

What if I have accessibility needs?
There is a ramp at the main entrance and an elevator at the side doors (near the end of the building). To use the elevator, you will need to ask for assistance.
