Sometimes knowing what to expect can make a difference.

At Immanuel you will find a diverse community who enjoy being together. We believe Christ is who he says he is; we admit we are not perfect and we try to follow his teaching to become more like him.

How do I dress?
People in our congregation dress casually or dressed up.

What happens when I get there?
When you enter the church you will be met by greeters who can help with questions and direct you.

How long is the service?
The service starts at 10 am and is about 60 to 90 minutes long.

How do you worship?

Our service has a mix of contemporary and traditional music, which is accompanied by guitars, keyboard, drums, or pipe organ. The sermon message is preached by one of our pastors, a member of the church or a guest.

What about the kids and youth?
We have a Kids Ministry for kids in Pre-k to Grade 4 and we have a nursery for babies and toddlers. We also have a Youth Sunday school for youth in Grades 5-8.

What is expected of me?
There is no pressure to actively participate in the service if you are not comfortable. People also voluntarily give a monetary offering in the service. If you are a visitor there is no obligation to contribute.

How can I connect?
After the service, we gather in our fellowship room for coffe and conversation. We also have a Connect with us card you can connect with us.

What if I have accessibility needs?
There is a ramp at the main entrance and an elevator at the side doors (near the end of the building). To use the elevator, you will need to ask for assistance.
